Unlocking Focus: Navigating Life with ADHD
A 5-Week Online Programme for Adults Seeking Clarity, Connection, and Confidence
Now enrolling for Autumn 2025
About the Programme
Are you an adult who has recently been diagnosed with ADHD — or are beginning to suspect you might be neurodivergent?
We’re excited to launch a new therapeutic group at Diverse Minds Practice. Unlocking Focus is a practical, identity-affirming online group programme designed to help you make sense of your ADHD, explore how it shapes your life, and connect with others on the same path.
This 5-week programme offers a supportive, shame-free space to explore your attention profile, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and self-concept — all with a focus on compassion, curiosity, and practical insight.
Led by clinicians with both professional and lived experience, this group helps participants move beyond confusion, self-criticism, and burnout — and toward clarity, self-understanding, and sustainable strategies.
Whether you’ve struggled with focus, time, emotions, or internalised shame, Unlocking Focus is designed to meet you where you are and help you reconnect with your strengths.
