Sarah Parle
Psychotherapist
Sarah is a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist accredited by the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (member no. 1801) and is a registrant of the Irish Council for Psychotherapy. Sarah holds an MA Psychotherapy and a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. Sarah is trained in various therapeutic models and employs different approaches and techniques based on what works best for each individual client. She has a particular interest in Gestalt and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Sarah has a passion for diversity and inclusion. Prior to embarking on a career in psychotherapy, Sarah worked for a decade in the non-profit sector, focusing on the rights of minority and marginalised communities, including asylum seekers, refugees as well as the LGBTQ+ community. Following this, Sarah spent over three years working in the tech sector, managing and cultivating partnerships with non-profit organisations to guide online safety policies and features. Sarah has a personal interest in working with neurodivergent clients and aims to facilitate a warm, welcoming space where clients feel they can express themselves freely and be met without judgement.
