Are you an adult who has recently received an Autism diagnosis or self-identified as Autistic?

Unmasking is a gentle, identity-affirming online group programme designed to help you explore your neurodivergent identity, understand the impact of masking, and build meaningful connections with others who share a similar journey. This 5-week programme offers a safe and supportive space for you to begin your path to self-acceptance and empowerment.

Led by clinicians of Diverse Minds Practice, this group is designed to help you reconnect with your true self, understand how autism shapes your life, and embrace the freedom that comes with unmasking.

Whether you're looking to better understand your sensory sensitivities, work through the grief of a late diagnosis, or build authentic relationships, this programme is for you.

Programme Details

  • Duration: 5 weeks

  • Session Length: 2 hours per week

  • Format: 100% Online (via Microsoft Teams)

  • Group Size: Limited to 6-8 participants for an intimate and personalized experience

  • Cost: €220 for the full 5-week programme

  • Start Date: TBC
