Bríd Fitzgerald is an IACP-accredited psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 15 years’ experience supporting adults and adolescents (16+). She holds a Master of Arts in Integrative Psychotherapy from Munster Technical University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Supervision. Bríd’s integrative approach combines Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Therapeutic methods, allowing her to adapt her work to each client’s unique needs.
With a particular focus on neurodiversity, Bríd recognises and values the distinct strengths and challenges of neurodivergent individuals. She is committed to providing a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. Her experience spans working with complex and developmental trauma and supporting those exploring identity, gender, sexuality, relationships, and cultural diversity.
Bríd’s career includes working with marginalised communities across the arts, education, and healthcare sectors in Ireland, Australia, and Canada. This experience informs her broad, inclusive perspective and deepens her commitment to social justice, inclusivity, and community connection. She is dedicated to ensuring every client’s lived experience is respected and validated, especially those who feel different, misunderstood, isolated and shamed.
