Aisling Morris
Art Psychotherapist
Aisling Morris is an Art Psychotherapist (MSc, Ulster University) with a background in Fine Art (BFA, NCAD). She is accredited with the Irish Association of Creative Arts Therapists (IACAT) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Aisling has experience working with both adults and children across a range of settings, including schools, community services, adult mental health services, and with individuals who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. She has also worked as a Special Needs Assistant in schools, where her work supported a growing understanding of, and interest in, neurodiversity and the diverse ways children experience and engage with the world.
Aisling works from a neuro-affirmative and integrative approach, adapting each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. She believes deeply in the power of creative expression, particularly when words feel unavailable or insufficient. Her practice often draws on Sensory-Based Relational Art Therapy approaches. Aisling aims to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where clients can feel free to be themselves and explore their potential for healing and growth.
