Kathie Connolly Bree is a clinical psychotherapist who works from an integrative, client-centred, and trauma-informed perspective. She is a fully accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. Kathie holds three Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychotherapy, Social Work, and International Human Rights Law.

Kathie’s clinical experience includes private practice, community settings, and work within the criminal justice and child protection systems. Her own lived experience, combined with her academic and professional background, has provided her with rich insight into the challenges and strengths of neurodivergent clients across both public and private spheres.

Kathie draws on therapeutic approaches that honour the lived experiences of neurodivergent people, emphasising autonomy, compassion, and collaborative meaning-making. She deeply values compassion, curiosity, and connection, inviting clients to bring their full selves into the room without judgement or pressure. She has experience supporting neurodivergent clients with masking, emotional regulation, relationships, and understanding the impact of social expectations on mental health.
